If your travels don’t take you by Navy Pier to see the construction of One Bennett Park, and you don’t usually find yourself at the dead-end of East Wacker Drive to check on Vista Tower progress, maybe the corner of Michigan and Roosevelt is more convenient for your skyscraper construction viewing pleasure.
That’s where, in a matter of days, work is expected to begin on Raphael Viñoly’s 76-story residential skyscraper.

It says that McHugh Construction is going to begin site work next week.
The 829-foot-tall tower for Crescent Heights at 113 East Roosevelt (1200 South Indiana Avenue) joins the 59-story Grant in marking the southern end of Grant Park in dramatic fashion, though there are concerns among some neighbors that it’s streetfront presence may not be as community friendly as it would be.
