The signs around the building still read “151 North Franklin,” but nobody’s looking at those signs, anyway. These days people are keeping a keen eye on the windows going in to the new CNA Center on the corner of Franklin and Randolph Streets in The Loop.
Loop Spy Chris was the first to drip glazing photos into our tip line, as you can see above. And Joe Zekas from YoChicago! sent in the photo below, putting The John Buck Company’s soon-to-be 36-story project in context. On the right side of the photo you can even see a sliver of the Linea building going up across the alley. If you lived in Linea and worked in the CNA Center, the majority of your commute would be vertical.
